Dennis Hoffmann

CEO Dennis Hoffman is an expert in online business and product development, with a wide range of contacts in the global e-commerce sector and many years of experience in business with Asia and the Middle East. He has extensive experience in international online marketing, e-commerce and advertising. As the former Head of E-Commerce Sales for the international price comparison portal Ciao (a Microsoft company), Dennis played a major role in making the company one of the leading providers in the sector. His core competencies as a specialist in search engine optimization and search engine marketing lie in directing large numbers of Internet users to web sites. He has developed software applications and acted as a business consultant for leading companies such as Vodafone, TUI or PASS Consulting. As CEO, Dennis manages and controls all the business activities of INFURN HOLDINGS PLC and he holds a key position in the company, in particular in business development. Dennis also acts a consultant for INFURN HOLDINGS PLC's subsidiaries on all business issues.

Ingo Eigner

CTO Ingo Eigner is an expert in project management, software engineering and computer science. His field of expertise is in international web sites development and in the creation of high-performance software applications, and in the realization of scalable and redundant server environments with high-performance databases. Ingo has developed complex software solutions, shopping cart software and content management systems for leading companies such as Holiday Check, Travel24 and Vodafone, as well as being a project manager at various well known companies. As CTO advises the company in all technical aspects of the business, analyzing and evaluating all of the e-commerce trends with a concentration on the analysis and evaluation of projects, in which the group is planning to invest.

Tim Curl

Company Secretary Tim Curle, 56 years old, is a chartered accountant with supervisory experience in the UK, Europe and North America. He has held a number of senior finance positions, including the CFO of Sotheby's Europe. Currently, he specializes in cross-border start-ups and supports more than 20 companies, as its activities director. He supports INFURN HOLDINGS PLC as Company Secretary.
